Dorplan Works Almost Complete at Regeneration of Hill House

Our contribution to the regeneration of Hill House, Archway in Islington is almost at an end, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

Hill House, a 1970s 15-storey office building in the heart of Archway town centre, is currently undergoing a huge facelift including being re-clad with an attractive façade and repurposed into 150 residential dwellings.

Dorplan was chosen to exclusively manufacture and supply all of the internal doorsets & ironmongery for this development by HG Construction. This has resulted in over 450 doorsets being installed in the newly-built apartments. All doors were supplied pre-morticed for easy on-site installation, and adhered to various specifications including PAS24 configurations and multiple acoustic and fire-rating requirements.

Our expertise in scheduling and project management has once again resulted in the successful completion of a high-profile project that will rejuvenate the Archway area for years to come.
